“2025 Battery Monitor”: European Manufacturers Are Under Pressure

Together with global cosultancy Roland Berger, the Chair of Production Engineering of E-Mobility Components (PEM) of RWTH Aachen University has published the “2024/2025 Battery Monitor”. According to the study, global demand for batteries will triple to up to 4.6 terawatt-hours by 2030 and double from there by 2040.
