The LS450P is the latest addition to Cenntro’s Logistar LS450 model variations. According to the manufacturer, bringing the LS450P to Europe could be “groundbreaking,” as it can be used for short-distance shuttle services or public transportation. The model is a special edition that was jointly developed with QEV.

The US company will deliver the first 47 units in the first quarter of 2025. It does not specify when the remaining units will arrive in Spain. It is also not clear how much QEV invested in the electric vehicles, only that it already paid a 30 per cent deposit on the first 47 shuttles.

“The LS450P represents an exciting milestone in Cenntro’s mission to provide innovative, sustainable transportation solutions,” said Peter Wang, Chairman and CEO of Cenntro. “We are thrilled to collaborate with QEV Technologies on this project and to bring a versatile, eco-friendly solution to European markets.”

The company has been active in Europe since 2022, when Cenntro acquired a majority stake in the German provider of compact electric commercial vehicles Tropos Motors Europe – and its assembly plant. Here, too, the focus is on light vehicles in the L7e class.
