Audi announces prices for the Q6 e-tron model line
The variant with rear-wheel drive has an estimated EPA range of 321 miles, “making it the farthest driving Audi BEV in the brand’s lineup.” The rear motor generates 302 hp, allowing the car to spring from zero to 60 mph in 6.3 seconds. The variant’s top speed is 130 mph. The RWD model has a DC charging capacity of up to 260 kW.
The Q6 e-tron quattro and SQ6 e-tron models are also available in the US. The all-electric SUV is Audi’s first PPE model. There is likely to be another variant below the Q6 e-tron. Audi held out the prospect of two further variants with rear-wheel drive at the world premiere. In addition to the RWD model announced for the end of 2024, there will also be an entry-level version, although it is not yet clear whether this will also be sold in the US. In this version, only ten instead of twelve battery modules are to be installed in the underbody, resulting in an energy content of 83 kWh. The company has not yet revealed when and at what price this entry-level model of the Q6 series will be launched.
