The Z10 is Lynk & Co’s first fully electric sedan and comes in five variants, including three with 400-volt and two with 800-volt architecture. There are three versions of the 400-volt variant available. According to the Chinese testing cycle, the former have ranges of 602 and 766 kilometres, while the 800-volt variants can go as far as 702 and 806 kilometres on one charge.

The entry-level model has a 200 kW motor in the rear and a 71-kWh LFP battery. The other versions are fitted with a 95-kWh battery pack. It has a peak torque of 343 Nm and can go from zero to 100 kph in 6.8 seconds.

The top-of-the-line variant, the ‘800V 702km AWD Smart Ultra,’ is the only variant with all-wheel drive. It has a 310 kW motor in the rear and another 270 kW drive in the front. The model can complete the sprint from zero to 100 kph in 3.5 seconds. This variant sells from 288,800 yuan (about 36,671 euros). The Z10 was first unveiled in June and went on pre-sale in August, but Lynk & Co had kept some details under wraps until the official launch on 5 September. Deliveries will start later this month. Moreover, all customers who purchase a Z10 before 31 October will receive an additional discount of 6,000 yuan (762 euros).

The Lynk & Co Z10 has a sporty look with split headlights, a fast-sloping roofline reminiscent of a coupé, 21-inch wheels, a full-width rear light and an extendable spoiler. One of the most important exterior elements is the RGB lighting at the front and rear. This design feature is intended to appeal to gamers and other young customers in particular.

The electric sedan is 5.3 metres long, 1.97 metres wide and 1.47 metres high. It has a wheelbase of three metres. But more importantly, the Z10 is a computer on wheels with exceptional computing power. It comes with a 15.4-inch floating multimedia display and, for instance, a ‘Co Pad’ functionality, where rear-seat passengers can connect and control in-car functions and entertainment from a ‘Co Pad tablet.’

Moreover, the car has 30 high-performance sensors, enabling not only driver assistance functions but also autonomous driving. Highway NOA (Navigation on Autopilot) is available at launch, while Urban NOA will follow via an over-the-air update.
