According to GOFAST, the charging stations at the Champs Fleuris shopping centre offer up to 300 kW of charging power. Specifically, the six columns, each with two charging connections, are Hypercharger HYC300 devices from Alpitronic. With its location, the charging park is intended to be an attractive point of contact for travellers passing through on the A12 as well as for visitors to the shopping centre and local residents. The system is spanned by a large solar roof, which also generates local electricity for the electric cars.

Payment is made at the new site in Matran via app, credit or charging card. An ad-hoc price of 0.49 Swiss francs per kilowatt hour (equivalent to 0.52 euros/kWh) currently applies with a credit card.

Schlieren-based GOFAST AG says it now operates 90 fast-charging locations in Switzerland. The charging parks are built in cooperation with private or public landowners, including players such as Aldi Suisse and McDonald’s Switzerland. GOFAST currently operates twelve sites in the French-speaking regions of Switzerland – known as French-speaking Switzerland. Ten more are to be added there in 2025 alone.
