Driivz opens new HQ in the USA

EV charging software company Driivz has established a US-American headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina. The new HQ is to help the company expand its footprint on the US market.

Driivz currently maintains operations in over 30 countries across North America, Europe and Asia, and is managing 100,000 public chargers globally. The company’s services include battery level checks, charger searches, charging statistics, payments and more — for millions of EV drivers.

The Raleigh headquarters is aimed to allow Driivz to better support the continued maturation of US EV charging infrastructure alongside key industry partners, as Andrew Bennett, President and CEO of EVolve, Vontier’s e-mobility portfolio that includes Driivz, underlines: “We look forward to expanding our American footprint. Bolstering charging networks and service providers with instant insight and end-to-end control is imperative.”

Driivz is also bringing on recently promoted Chief Product Officer Oren Halevi will join the new US headquarters to support Driivz’s ongoing expansion in the North American market. Bennett also praises the CPO: “The expertise that Oren will bring to the Raleigh headquarters will allow us to better serve our North American partners with the urgency needed to meet the challenges of the domestic energy transition.” Halevi himself also commented on the upcoming factory: “The U.S. EV industry has a unique opportunity to draw from overseas partners and experts to expand public charging infrastructure. The establishment of our U.S. headquarters provides a physical home base for sharing the decades of lessons learned that Driivz has accumulated from our work across two continents.”

Earlier this year, Driivz also won a competitive tender in Norway, where the company will help migrate its network of more than 7,000 charging points to the Driivz platform.
