Everrati’s first project with the Californian company Superformance is, as reported last summer, an electrified version of the legendary Ford GT40. The experience gained from this and other conversion projects for classic and vintage vehicles is now available to commercial customers.

The ‘Everrati Advanced Technologies’ (EAT) division uses the proven Everrati platforms for electric drive systems as a starting point and offers consultations on a range of electrification solutions, according to the company. These include initial concepts, analyses and feasibility studies, but also the provision of a turnkey EV powertrain with customised software from EAT.

In other words, Everrati wants to offer design, development, engineering and production consulting services through its subsidiary. These will enable customers to develop “almost any customised EV powertrain solution they want”, according to the promise.

Everrati states that its in-house development and testing approach can be applied to “almost any type of vehicle”. The range includes mounting the e-drive in the front of the vehicle, as a mid-motor or even as a rear-motor arrangement.

“Everrati’s reputation is built on our own OEM-grade proprietary EV platform technology combined with the skills of our team – many of whom have held senior engineering positions at leading automotive brands,” said Justin Lunny, founder and CEO of Everrati. “We are now delighted to offer the same levels of expertise to specialist and luxury vehicle brands to support our commercial clients’ electric ambitions.” Customers include start-ups as well as established brands, adds Lunny.

Update 09 October 2022
Everrati has added a new classic to its line-up of conversion and presents the Porsche 911. The zero-emission version claims more than double the output of the original cabriolet and is available in 440bhp or 500bhp forms; the latter can accelerate from 0-60mph in under four seconds with a total driving range of 200 miles thanks to its 62kWh battery, according to Everrati.

The company manufactures the electric Porsche conversion in collaboration with Californian partner Aria Group which specialises in low-volume vehicles.

Everrati named neither price nor the number of vehicles it plans to produce but has opened order books for commissions.

Founder and CEO of Everrati, Justin Lunny, said the Porsche 911 based on the 964 Wide Body Cabriolet was “arriving at a time where demand for our electrified classics has never been higher.” He added that the new EV would “form a key part of our product offering as we further ramp up global production in partnership with Aria Group.”

Everrati’s line-up currently includes the Porsche 911 (964) Coupe, Targa, Cabriolet in Pure, Signature, and officially licenced Gulf Signature Editions, Land Rover ‘Series’ IIA, the
GT40 in partnership with Superformance, including officially licenced Gulf Edition and the Mercedes-Benz SL ‘Pagoda’.
