Bug infestations at Tesla

Tesla has to fix a bug in 59,129 Model 3 and Model Y vehicles built in 2022 worldwide that causes the emergency call system E-Call to fail. As the entry in the recall database of the German road traffic association, the KBA shows, this is to be done via a software update.

This is not the only issue plaguing the US American carmaker, as Musk said last month that Tesla’s new factories in Texas and Berlin are “losing billions of dollars”, as they struggle to increase production because of a shortage of batteries and Chinese port issues.
