Teslas banned from driving due to espionage concerns

Tesla cars will be banned from driving in China’s Beidaihe district for at least two months from 1 July. The background is a Communist Party leadership meeting planned there.

There is apparently concern, similarly to an earlier case, that the cameras integrated in the cars could be used for espionage purposes.
