Porsche rakes in Guinness World Record

The Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo has set an official Guinness World Record with around 5,000 metres of altitude covered. A team drove the electric car from the lowest point they could reach with a vehicle in the USA to one of the highest in just over 24 hours.

The drive itself proved to be a difference of almost 5,000 metres in altitude and more than 2,200 kilometres of driving distance, interrupted only by short breaks for man and machine to recharge themselves.
