Ford Mustang Mach-E GT available to order in Europe
The Ford Mustang Mach-E GT is now available to order in Europe for the first time. Prices in the UK start from £67,225, deliveries are expected to begin later this year.
Both versions, including the Mustang Mach-E GT, as well as Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition, feature an electric all-wheel-drive with two motors and an output of 358 kW. To compare, the all-wheel-drive version with a large battery comes with 258 kW.
In addition, the maximum torque was increased compared to the regular Mustang Mach-E: While the AWD Extended Range comes to 540 Nm, Ford specifies the GT with 814 Nm, in the GT Performance Edition it is even 860 Nm. This should enable the Mustang Mach-E to accelerate to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 3.8 seconds (GT) or 3.5 seconds (GT Performance Edition) – instead of 4.8 seconds for the previously most powerful all-wheel-drive model. This makes the Mach-E GT Ford’s fastest accelerating European five-seater yet.
“Mustang Mach-E GT demonstrates the true potential for all-electric powertrains to dial up the fun-to-drive experience,” said Geert van Noyen, manager, Vehicle Dynamics, Ford of Europe. “This is a refined, premium specification five-seater SUV with the acceleration of a super-car and zero tailpipe emissions – a combination that was the stuff of dreams when I started my career as a car engineer 30 years ago.”
“Introducing Mustang Mach-E was a massive step on our journey to offering only zero-emissions capable, all-electric or plug-in hybrid passenger vehicles by mid-2026, and the buzz around it has been incredible, with sales and awards successes across Europe,” said This Woelpern, general manager, Imports, Ford of Europe.
