LiveWire short circuits

Just when we thought the recent glut of recalls was over, Harley-Davidson announced the recall of all 2020 LiveWire electric motorcycles produced between 23 September 2019 and 16 March 2020. Around 1% of these bikes appear to have a power loss issue related to the charging circuitry.
