The zero-emission soapbox
Hyundai has developed a very small, zero-emission car that comes with customer instructions on how to assemble it. The isn’t powered by electricity, but by gravity.
Yes, alright then – the car is a motorless soapbox for children. But the design is pretty classy since it’s inspired by Hyundai’s concept car 45, with joysticks for steering and a simple mechanism for braking.
The soapbox car is small enough to fit into an adult-sized, motorised car to travel to any hilly location to roll down. And just in case you were wondering, Hyundai assures us that although the soapbox is built for the size of a child, it can also carry an adult’s weight ; )
