Norway remains the electric car nation number one: In the first half of 2019, all-electric cars continue to rise in numbers, while new registrations for hybrid vehicles are on the decline. The same can be said of new registrations figures from June.

Figures for the first half of the year: 38,904 new electric cars, 13,113 more than in the first half of 2018 + 18,034 new hybrid cars, 6,388 fewer than in the same period last year, of which 8,776 new PHEVs, 6,868 fewer than in the first half of 2018.
