Switzerland: Quickpack launches 100 Kangoo Z.E.

The Swiss postal service provider Quickpac, which is now entering the parcel delivery market, has ordered 100 Renault Kangoo Maxi Z.E. electric vans. The first 50 units have been handed over, the second half of the order is expected to follow in late summer.

The new Quickmail AG division will start operations with the electrically powered vehicles in early summer. The Kangoo Z.E. vans will be stationed in the service provider’s first two depots in Winterthur and Hägendorf. From there, parcels will be delivered to households in the cantons of Zurich, Thurgau, Solothurn and Basel.
