Has Elon Musk ripped off a unicorn?

Elon Musk may have used an artwork without permission or payment, and the fact that the piece in question features a gassy unicorn just makes it that much better.

The issue revolves around an image of a rainbow farting unicorn the artist originally used for mugs designed to warn of the dangers of fracking. Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweeted a similar image to advertise the new Tesla sketch pad feature though.

This has led the artist to write a letter through lawyers and stir a discussion on whether artists should be paid for their work. Musk agreed to the value of creative work in general, and while all tweets have been deleted since, it appears they have come to a rainbow-minded resolution worthy of a unicorn, flatulent or not.
