Fuso eCanter coming to the Netherlands
A total of twelve FUSO eCanter, the all-electric light trucks by the Daimler Trucks subsidiary, will be exported to the Netherlands to be operated by a group of Dutch customers.
The first delivery to Dutch customers includes PostNL, the logistic company Albert Heijn B.V., Cornelissen Groep B.V., Technische Unie B.V., as well as the biggest online marketplace in foodservice, Bidfood B.V.
The 7.5 tonne trucks will serve a variety of purposes in the urban environment, and were chosen to help alleviate noise and pollution in Amsterdam.
The truck features a 129 kW output and can carry a payload up to four tonnes. The 100 km range should not be an issue within city limits.
