Zero to launch longer-range 11kW Zero DS in Europe

Electric motorcycle manufacturer Zero Motorcycles announced to launch an 11 kW version of its DS in Europe that provides double the battery capacity of the previous DS ZF7.2 – of course, with significant effects on the range.

Thus, the new model dubbed DS ZF14.4 is supposed to reach up to 262 km (163 miles) in the city and up to 126 km (78 miles) on the highway. An additional system called Power Tank accessory shall extent this range even to 328 respectively 156 km. Pricing varies from country to country, e.g. in Great Britain it costs 12,190 pounds (after subsidies of 1,500 pounds).
