Survey: 54% of interviewed CEOs do not believe in BEVs
The majority of C-level managers at leading carmakers firmly believe battery-electric vehicles are prone to fail. A survey by KPMG among 904 managers found 54 percent in disbelief despite their own electrification strategies pretending to try otherwise.
A lack of charging infrastructure was given as the main reason for the doom of BEVs and so the industry clings to hydrogen – a technology with even more complex infrastructure challenges.
