This perpetuum mobile exists, at least Honda has had running test and their R&D will present a paper at the SAE World Congress in early April.

Autopilot enhanced: Tesla released new features for its self-driving system. It allows Autosteer on (some) local roads now rather than on motorways only. Furthermore, a Tesla can Autopark with a parallel parking option. The Summon feature is probably just around the corner.
