All-electric cars had a tough month in November, with registrations dropping 22.4 percent compared to last year. Plug-in hybrids, on the other hand, had a good month. A total of 1,905 units rolled off the lot – 22.5% more than in November 2015. Pure hybrid sales even soared nearly 39%, with 4,153 HEVs sold.
