E-scooter boom in France.

A total of 4,166 electric scooters have already been newly registered in France this year, which is more than twice as many as in 2015. And with new electric models from i.e. Vespa to soon hit the road and the 1,000 euro in subsidies available to buyers next year, sales could even grow further.
