Hyundai to charge Belgium: 85 EV charging station are planned at Hyundai dealerships in Belgium and Luxembourg. The car maker will cooperate with utility provider Eneco as the Ioniq launch draws near. The first charger stands in Bruges.

Homerun for Solaris: Polish bus maker Solaris has received an order from Poland over 42 electric buses. 22 Urbino of different sizes will go to Jaworzno and another 20 are destined for Krakow. Deliveries are set for 2017.

Homerun for Mahindra: 50 eSupro cargo vans by Mahindra have been ordered by Indian Brring Logistics. The last-mile delivery service has received the first ten electric vans in New Delhi already. They can travel up to 112 miles on a charge.

International interoperability: ‘EV Charging Equipment Data Exchange Technical Committee’ is to introduce version 2 of the OCPP to establish the de-facto standard for EV-to-network communications officially and globally. Already ABB, Allego, EV-Box, EVgo, Mennekes, Schneider Electric, Siemens and The New Motion among others are on board. OCPP 2.0 is to be published this month.
