BMW aired a spot to promote its 330e in the States. The video is dubbed Waiting and more clearly than cleverly hints at the Tesla Model 3 that everyone seems to be waiting for indeed. While carmakers may see PHEV as a bridge technology, it is unlikely to swing Tesla reservation holders.
