Seoul networks: The South Korean capital has launched the second stage of their carsharing network, aiming to increase electric vehicle usage. The number of carsharing locations will grow from 1,262 to 1,600, and another 1,749 vehicles will be added to the fleet. Seoul expects to have more than 2,400 carsharing locations by 2018.

UPS E-GEN: UPS has updated their 125 Workhorse E-GEN hybrid electric delivery trucks to achieve extended range and better fuel economy. Working with Workhorse Group, they integrated a new drive system and swapped out a four-cylinder engine for a two-cylinder motor. The vehicles will provide up to four times better fuel economy than that of a gasoline-powered vehicle.
