There are around 211,000 electric and hybrid cars on Dutch roads, a 33 percent increase compared to last year (60,000 new units). The Tesla Model S is the most popular fully electric vehicle, with the Mitsubishi Outlander, Volkswagen Golf PHEV and Toyota Auris topping the hybrid charts.
