Tesla production: At the AVERE E-Mobility conference in Amsterdam, Tesla Vice President of Business Development, Diarmuid O’Connell, confirmed that nearly 400,000 Model 3 have already been reserved. As a result, the EV maker plans to increase production and expand its line-up, including a possible Tesla pickup truck.

New Nevada plant: 2050 Motors is checking out possible sites in the Las Vegas area to erect an automotive manufacturing plant. They may be seeking tax incentives before building. Pikes Peak race: Zero Motorcycles will be teaming up with Hollywood Electrics to enter the 100th Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Two Zero FXS motorcycles will be in the race, piloted by Jake Holden and Mark Miller. The race takes place on a 12.42-mile course, beginning at 9,390 feet, and includes 156 turns.
