Almost 5 percent of all vehicles leased in the last quarter of 2015 were plug-ins, the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) reports. That sets the leasing sector apart from the overall registrations, where plug-ins have a share of merely 1.3 percent.
