The sooner the better, says London mayoral candidate Caroline Pidgeon (Liberal). She would roll out the Ultra Low Emission Zone in the centre of the British capital in 2018 rather than in 2020, as is currently planned.

Daimler’s Ola Källenius will take over the R&D duties from Dr. Thomas Weber next year. It looks like he is determined to continue the course of electrification.
