No more HOV stickers.

All 85,000 green HOV stickers are gone, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) announced. This means all future applications for High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) stickers from plug-in hybrid drivers will be put on a waiting list. Hopes are on the legislators to release more stickers.
