Europe: 27,575 EVs in Q2.

A total of 27,575 electric cars were registered in the EU in the second quarter, 53 percent more than in the same quarter of 2014. Demand for new hybrid cars increased by 22,6 percent, totalling 53,443 units in Q2 2015, according to figures from the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA).
