BAIC expansion plans.

China’s BAIC aims to sell 20,000 EVs and PHEVs this year alone. That would be three times as many as last year. Furthermore, BAIC raises its sales target every year, i.e. aiming for 40,000 plug-ins in 2016 and 200,000 in 2020. The company would then have about 15% of the Chinese EV market.
