Rent a Leaf in London: Hertz has introduced Nissan’s electric car to its rental fleet in the British capital. The Leaf will be available at selected locations, including Heathrow and City Airport, at a special launch rate of 9,99 GBP (about 15 dollars) a day.

Switzerland gets FCV: Hyundai is now offering its ix35 Fuel Cell in the Alpine republic. There it costs 66,990 CHF (69,312 dollars). Furthermore, Hyundai Suisse plans to install a 700-bar H2 fuelling station together with partners like research facility Empa. The companies Coop, Axpo, and H2 Energy are planning to build more hydrogen stations in Switzerland.
