A total of 5,259 CHAdeMO quick chargers can be found worldwide, according to the CHAdeMO Association’s website. In Europe, the Japanese standard charging points have hit the 1,500-mark with 1,532 spots. However, Japan remains the biggest user with 2.819 CHAdeMO fast chargers.
