PEV sales in Europe.

With 18,090 pure electric vehicles sold, Norway takes the top spot regarding EV sales 2014 in Europe. France and Germany follow with 10,561 and 8,552 units respectively. When also counting plug-in hybrids, Norway still holds the lead with 19,767 cars sold in 2014. Second place goes to the UK, where a total of 15,361 EVs and PHEVs rolled off the lot, followed by the Netherlands (12,920 PEV sales).
