A total of 4,761 Tesla Model S were delivered to China last year, investment research firm JL Warren Capital reports. What is odd is that only 2,500 units were actually registered there. Could some Chinese be buying the EV as accessory to attract customers for their business? That is just one of many guesses about what happened – the actual reason is unknown.
