August 2014 sales in the U.S.

August saw 6,483 EVs sold in the USA, making it the best month to date. The BMW i3 alone was bought 1,025 times as availability is improving. Hybrids also had a very good month with 5,920 plug-in and 24,208 regular hybrids being sold.
