Fast-charging at Kia: Together with Greenlots and ABB, the South Korean carmaker will erect fast-charging stations at Kia dealerships in the U.S. to support the introduction of the Soul EV. In California, 17 new fast chargers will be installed for Kia. Just like the Nissan Leaf, the Soul EV uses SAE J1772 (Type 1) for AC and CHAdeMO for DC charging.
