PEV sales in Belgium and New Zealand.

A mere 134 EVs and PHEVs were newly registered in Belgium in July. But for the first time, BMW beat Tesla with 29 compared to 23 units sold. New Zealand saw 158 newly registered plug-ins, 129 of them were Mitsubishi Outlander PHEVs. That means the Japanese sold more vehicles in one month than all its competitors combined in a whole year.
