Said a rather desperate Sebastian Vettel to its team, when his Red Bull F1 car stopped working during the Spielberg race in Austria. He got back on track after turning the car off but was advised not to push the “overtake button” again.

Nissan’s CPO Andy Palmer emphasising once more the company’s all-electric strategy adding that simple “hybridisation doesn’t work.” Vettel is surely with him on that!

Jim Lentz, CEO of Toyota North America, clearly opposes Palmer’s view. He takes a stand for fuel cell technology and hints a the end of an R&D deal with Tesla to supply over 2,500 all-electric RAV4 (we reported).
