Polar late start: The Polar Network charging provider in the UK, had planned to switch its billing scheme from flat-rate charging to charging per use two days ago. However, users found they could still charge their cars as usual while the new website appears anything else but ready. The few infos found by Transport Evolved leave room for speculation whether personal data of future Polar users will be shared with BMW.
