In March, Nissan sold 2,507 Leafs in the U.S.; a 12 percent increase compared to the same time last year. It was its best March to date! That puts the Leaf at 5,184 units sold since the beginning of the year. The Chevrolet Volt was able to attract 1,478 buyers with the Prius Plug-In Hybrid following closely with 1,452 units.
