Video tip II: The new commercial for the Cadillac ELR is definitively less provocative than the previous ‘Poolside’ clip (we reported) but it highlights the plug-in ELR as an electric car without compromise. Well, will this reignite the debate about whether the Voltec drivetrain classifies the ELR as a plug-in hybrid rather than a range-extended electric car?
