EV registrations in Germany and Sweden.

A mere 481 electric ars were newly registered in Germany in February – that’s 60 vehicles less than in January and a measly 0.4 percent more than in February of last year. The numbers in Sweden are not much better: Only 32 Nissan Leafs were newly registered there, compared to 69 Outlander PHEVs.
