Europe loves Mitsubishi’s Outlander PHEV with over 12,000 orders in 2013. 8,197 plug-in hybrids actually got delivered to their customers by the end of the year, with 8,009 of those going to the Netherlands. There, revised tax breaks boosted Mitsubishi sales to 2,736 Outlander PHEVs in December alone, making it the best-selling car in that month. According to electrive.com sources, deliveries in Germany will start in March, two months before its official market launch.
